Launch Cycle, a full-stack digital marketing agency operating across Singapore, the GCC and India, has named Sivaram Parameswaran as Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer. He joins CEO and Co-Founder Raghav Ahooja to lead the agency’s growth and commercial strategy following a new leadership appointment.
Siva brings more than 15 years of marketing experience across global tech, entertainment and high-growth startups. He has held marketing and commercial leadership roles at LinkedIn, PropertyGuru and The Walt Disney Company, across both B2B and B2C. His appointment comes with a stated mission to democratise marketing for growth-stage brands.
Democratising Access to Senior Marketing Expertise
According to the founders, large companies can afford senior marketing judgment, but most SME founders cannot. They either receive short-term execution without strategic depth or handle marketing work themselves. Siva Parameswaran stated that his experience at LinkedIn, PropertyGuru and Disney showed him the best marketing decisions come from understanding the customer and knowing which problem to solve first. He explained that AI has made execution fast and cheap, allowing Launch Cycle to bring senior thinking to businesses that never had access to it.
Addressing the AI Expertise Gap for SMEs
Raghav Ahooja stated the agency intends to build a client-focused approach rather than focus on output. He noted that in his experience, most agencies focus on output rather than outcomes, which makes long-term partnership difficult. SMEs often struggle to find enterprise-level AI expertise for their marketing and find it even harder to build in-house capabilities. Launch Cycle says it goes where founder-led businesses are growing fastest, with Singapore as its home base where many founder-led brands test and prove their approach before expanding across the region.
Behaviour-First Approach Powered by AI
The agency describes its approach as behaviour-first: understand people, then use AI to move faster. In the first two weeks of an engagement, the team studies how a client’s customers search, compare and buy. This includes reviews, search queries, sales conversations and website exit points. AI allows the team to analyse thousands of these signals in days rather than weeks.
Because Meta and Google use AI to decide who sees each ad, and learn from the conversions a business reports back, poor tracking means the platforms optimise for the wrong customers. Launch Cycle connects the website, ad accounts and CRM so the platforms learn from real sales. The team also checks how the brand appears in AI search tools such as ChatGPT and Google’s AI Overviews. Campaign building begins in week three.
Structured Growth Framework and Case Studies
The agency structures its work in four stages: Observe, Interpret, Engineer and Compound. In the Observe stage for fresh pet food brand Bom Bom, the team found two distinct buyer groups: committed fresh-food feeders who reorder for life, and curious owners who mix fresh food with kibble. Revenue data was previously incomplete, preventing visibility into what drove growth.
Once the buying funnel was connected, the team could see how each group buys and what prompts them to order. The agency rebuilt the funnel so SEO, GEO and growth marketing run as one system and ran multi-touch campaigns around each group’s needs. According to the agency, Bom Bom has seen a double-digit year-on-year increase in new customers, with total orders up substantially.
At Revolver Singapore, ads looked healthy but bookings were not following. Connecting reservations to paid media showed that more than SGD 1 million in revenue could be attributed to paid media. The agency introduced Foundation, an AI-enabled tier starting at SGD 299 per month per service. It covers SEO and GEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and attribution and reporting. AI handles repetitive work while senior strategists set direction and stay involved.
Launch Cycle serves growth-stage brands in performance marketing, brand, creative, CRM, and SEO and GEO. The team works from Singapore, Malaysia and India. India is a large and fast-growing market with significant foreign investment and high AI adoption, which suits how the agency works. The GCC is a hub for companies looking to expand across the Middle East and Africa. In hospitality and F&B, the agency has already worked with six restaurants in the region, one of which recently made the Middle East’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
Launch Cycle has also introduced Foundation, an AI-enabled tier starting at SGD 299 per month per service. It covers SEO and GEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and attribution and reporting. AI handles repetitive work, while senior strategists set direction and stay involved.
